William is our 360 Lead Champion and our Programs director. He is responsible to ensure that the vision, mission, goals and aspirations of 360 are passionately pursued! His passion is to see young people become all that they were created to be and to experience a life of purpose, passion and meaning. William is a gifted singer/musician and loves playing sports.
Moala is the youngest member of our team, channelling her youth and energy to help our team bring ideas to life! Moala utilises her wide range of skills in the creative arts to inspire our team and the young people in our community! When she's not busy designing our latest visual pieces she can be found working on daily admin tasks, singing and styling events!
Steven is the latest addition to our team, he is extremely dedicated and loyal when he believes in a cause (He's still a Phoenix Suns fan after all these years...) Steven comes from a background working in fundraising for charities and data analysis, and aims to grow 360 to be the best it can be! As our resident marketing guru Steven has a great passion to help raise the funds that enable 360 to keep running.
Tracey has been engaged with 360 Youth mentoring for over 12 years. Her roles have included administration and more recently Programs director. Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organisation and is passionate about seeing young people thrive. Tracey is also a sought after piano teacher, enjoys cooking, and LOVES to shop!! Tracey sits on the 360 Board of Trustees.
Karl has been working with young people for over 25 years, and was the 360 Programs director for 10 years. He is passionate about seeing young people grow into wholistic, healthy adults. He is a youth mentor for Youth Horizons Trust and Oranga Tamariki and is the community co-ordinator for a big local church. Karl loves looking after his grandkids, walking whenever he can, and listening to great music. Karl sits on the 360 Board of Trustees.
360 is blessed to have the help and inspiration of a large group of volunteer mentors. Our mentors come from varied backgrounds; they are trades people, social workers, policemen and accountants, mums and teachers. All our mentors work together using a ‘link in the chain’ approach to mentoring young people.
